leadership panel: going from zero to hero – may 5, 6:00 PM

On 5th May (Friday), MM2 Asia's Melvin Ang and LinkedIn's Olivier Legrand will share the stage and take us 'behind the scene' on their super-charged career journey.

Hear them speak on what it takes to build a successful business from start up to IPO, managing large corporate teams, their strive to 'break the glass ceiling', the courage to  fail and perspectives to working across a diverse Asia region.  

If you have always aspire to be an IPO Entrepreneur or run a Global Operation leading a 1000+ team – this is the leadership event you must not miss! 

Similar to last year, there will be a networking session prior and post the panel. All attendance is welcome to pitch for a 3 months mentorship. 2 of our mentees last year each had a very successful outcome for the mentorship, with one receiving a promotion and the other successfully landing a job in Singapore shortly after her relocation into Singapore.

Event will be held at the new 2MM talent hub @ SOTA, a networking space for talents and more.  

All ticket proceeds will be going to the Halogen Foundation.

Leading a 1,000+ team across the APAC region, Olivier is focus on helping the community realise LinkedIn's Vision of "Creating Economic Opportunities for every Members of the Global Workforce" by building the first Economic Graph.

Olivier has 18 years of experience in the online sales & marketing space. Prior to joining Linkedin, he worked at Dow Jones where he led The Wall Street Journal’s digital initiatives and products across the region. He has also previously served as Director of Marketing in Asia for The Wall Street Journal's Asia franchise driving marketing and advertising initiatives across both print and on-line platforms.

Olivier also founded and led his own marketing and digital production agency in Hong Kong, and served as Marketing Director for Cortal Consors (Subsidiary of BNP Paribas), a leading European online financial broker.
